TÜV Rheinland Testing — PASS
Our 100 ml test-tube glass bottle (borosilicate glass, approx. Ø 29.2 mm × 215 mm) was tested by TÜV Rheinland for sensorial quality and heavy-metal release. The selected tests recorded PASS for this sample.

Test specification: Release of Lead and Cadmium from Glassware · Testing body: TÜV Rheinland (Suzhou). In addition, the aluminium screw caps supplied with our bottles have been tested according to relevant FDA 21 CFR and TÜV LFGB requirements.

Borosilicate Glass
The tested 100 ml format is produced in borosilicate glass — chemically stable, suitable for direct food contact with wine and spirits.
Bottle Neck Precision
Tight dimensional control supports reliable closure compatibility. Dimensional control down to ±0.15 mm in selected production parameters is based on company production data; confirm the applicable drawing, tolerance and inspection method for each format.
Batch Consistency
Agree the format specification and batch checks for each order; review records for the actual supplied batch.
