BVS screw-neck glass bottles.
Engineered to work together.
Tianke Glass specializes in the interface between the glass bottle, aluminium closure and the line that brings them together. From neck geometry to capping support, we help turn a bottle specification into a workable package.

13 Years. One Focus. BVS.
13 Years Dedicated to BVS Test-Tube Glass Bottles.
For 13 years, Tianke Glass has focused on BVS screw-neck test-tube glass bottles for wine and spirits packaging, with attention to neck-finish consistency, closure compatibility and line performance.
Understand the finish.
Specify the system.
BVS — Bague Vin Suisse describes a glass bottle neck finish for screw closures. Deep BVS finishes for still wines are standardized under EN 16293.
STELVIN® is a separate wine screw-closure system and brand that uses a specific BVS bottle neck finish. A standard reference is the starting point; the selected neck, closure and line conditions still need to work together.

The glass neck is one part of a connected package.
Thread geometry, finish height, dimensional consistency and the sealing interface all influence closure application. We review these with the customer's selected closure and equipment rather than treating the bottle in isolation.

Make the neck repeatable.
Defined dimensions matter most when they remain stable across production batches.
We work to agreed neck-finish drawings and inspect finished bottles for dimensions and appearance.
Dimensional control down to ±0.15 mm in selected production parameters, based on company production data. Confirm the applicable drawing, inspection method and tolerances for each format during quotation.
Inspection and documented testingClosure is a system.
A cap alone does not guarantee a seal.
Review the BVS neck finish and thread, closure skirt and tamper-evident ring, liner contact, application head and capping conditions together. Changes to a closure supplier or production setup call for another compatibility review.
See capping considerationsCompatibility is reviewed as an interface, not as five independent parts.
This keeps the focus on the engineering relationship until new, unbranded neck-and-cap photography is available.
Formats for the application.
Six BVS screw-neck product formats across 25 ml, 50 ml, 100 ml and 187 ml. Confirm the exact finish and closure against your line before an order.
Evidence for the specified product.
A TÜV Rheinland report for the tested 100 ml borosilicate glass sample records PASS results for selected sensorial, lead and cadmium release tests.
The report relates to that sample and test scope. Ask us for the applicable documentation for the format, batch and destination market in your RFQ.
Review the test scope
Real production. Visible process.
Current V2 keeps manufacturing claims text-led until new, unbranded factory and equipment photography is approved.
Batch repeatability
Neck-finish dimensions and appearance are reviewed against the agreed specification across production batches.
Inspection discipline
Critical dimensions, visual finish and closure-related details are checked before shipment.
Line-oriented support
When filling or capping conditions change, the review returns to the bottle–closure–equipment interface.
Technical support when the line changes.
A new closure batch, a different capper or a line issue can change the result.
We can review neck-finish compatibility, closure matching, capping conditions and batch dimensions with your technical team. Share the bottle format, closure sample and operating conditions so we can investigate a specific issue.
